Updates from Beta 1.5 to 1.7

Changes:
- New sharper navigation images.
- New Slate background for the tab bar and XP users.
- Toolbar docked to the right.
- New address bar.

Added:

- Status Label
- Progress Bar

Great work Panda X, one suggestion though: You could theme the tabs in Blend a bit, they a bit too... normale for my taste

The tabs images are used from the theme. I can't find the resource, but yeah I'll add custom images.

The program just doesn't load, it appears in task manager for about 2 seconds and then dissapears.
Maybe someone can try patching it with Alky
